Jupiter – Good for mother, Good education, good home and good vehicles.

Venus – Good for mother, Wealth, property, acquisition of jewels, vehicles etc .If in his own house or the house of exaltation he causes Maalavya yoga which is one of the Pancha Maha purusha yogas in Vedic astrology.
Looking at the planets from this point of view the 4th house being a quadrant from the ascendant if the following planets placed in their own or exaltation houses cause Pancha Maha purusha yogas such as:

Mars gives Ruchaka yoga
Mercury gives Bhadra yoga
Jupiter gives Hamsa yoga
Venus gives Maalavya yoga
Saturn gives Sasa yoga.

Saturn – Saturn in 4th other than his good houses is not good.  Will be interrupted or prolonged beyond reasonable age of completion. Bad for mother also.

Raahu- bad on the whole except when Raahu is exalted

Kaytu: good for education but Mother will suffer great anxiety on account of one child
