God ordains the saints and they come to this earth to fulfill some mission of God. A horoscope is a printed chart of Kaarmic connections for an ordinary person. In case of saints and seers these connections are symbolic as they have come without any Karmik link. So their entire life is full of strange incidents which cannot be foreseen by an ordinary mortal like an astrologer. Yet great astrologers like Dr B.V Raman whose horoscope itself stands as a one man mission dedicated to revival of the glory of Vedic astrology. He made it his mission to make it available in English translations to astrologers like me who have no mastery in Sanskrit language.

Dr Raman has written a book called 100 notable horoscopes in which he discusses the specialty of the horoscopes of many great men and women of this world. Secondly the mission of the saints is God ordained hence the secret of God is not revealed. Only Gurus grace is seen and an austere life is indicated.

The highest of spiritual attainments is self realization or realizing the god within oneself.
It is a totally personal experience which cannot be revealed to another person.  Gurus can help another person to attain the divine experience.

Yogis who attain self realization have no horoscopes to deal with because they have sundered the karmic bond which keeps a man bound to this earth.

So they are on the earth yet they are not of this earth.
